Our Story

In September 2023, Rabbi Shmuli and Shevy, together with their son Yitzchok, moved to Washington to establish Chabad of Skagit County and serve as spiritual guides for the local community.

In December 2024, their family grew with the joyful arrival of their baby daughter, Mushka, bringing even more light and warmth to the community.

"Today, Rabbi Shmuli, Shevy, Yitzchok, and Mushka are ready to welcome you with open arms at Chabad of Skagit County."
